Baked Ziti


Ingredients:
Your choice of noodles (I tend to use what I have on hand)
Sauce:
14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
6 oz can of tomatoe paste
1 tbsp dried italian seasoning
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Directions:
Place diced tomatoes in pan and cut them down to the size you like. Add can of tomatoe paste. Add about 1/2 can of water in tomatoe paste can and into the pan. Next add your spices (mostly to your liking. I just gave some basic recommendations above.) Then simmer while noodles boil.
Cheese Mixture:
7.5 oz Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp flax seed
Directions:
Add above cheese mixture together (another case where you can make it to your perferences, mine is just a guide). 
Drain noodles and mix cheese mixture into the noodles. Top with spagetti sauce. Sprinkled top with more mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheeze. Place in preheated oven of 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
