Thank You For Your Prayers...

A Special Thanks to those of you who prayed me through today.

 



Thanks to you for all the prayers as I was able to get a school day accomplished. Duck did a huge amount of independent work and we are walking away with a school day done. 

I was also able to really clean my kitchen this morning and because I was able to work in a clean kitchen then I was motivated to do some much needed cooking.  I got my homemade granola made (which I  have wanted to do for over a week).  I made a homemade peach cobbler for desert and am making a spoofed up baked ziti again.  My husband loved it so much over the weekend that he wanted more, so I made a much better one that he should really like.  I need to finish it up when I get off here.  Then lastly, I was able to get some school work done for myself.  I was able to put together my "Ducks" Canadian study when she is ready to go there next.  If I can manage to stay a country ahead of her there then I will be doing really good in lesson preparations.  This will make me one happy teacher. 

It is so funny the weight that you carry for the things you need to do or want to get done. My dirty kitchen has bothered me for some time now.  Sure it was surface clean, but wasn't deep down clean.  To be deep down clean makes me feel better about cooking in it again. 

Another mile stone was reached today. I was able to run a grocery errand and leave my Duck alone doing her school work while I did it. This is a huge deal for me as I hate taking time out of school to go to the grocery store.  Now hopefully I will be able to do this more often and know she is busy with her lessons.  This will save us a lot of what I call wasted time.  This is a huge deal for me. 

So, again, I just wanted to be sure to say Thank You to those who prayed me through the day.  God did bless me with the time to get what I wanted done today.
