Don't Let Time Pass You By...

With the closing of one very long book in my life I called FRG (Family Readiness Group), I am excited to flip to a new chapter in my life with another book (homeschooling) I have had open for a long time. While I am watching my niece finish up high school and graduate in another week, I am realizing in my own life that we will be walking this same walk next year. I am so thankful for God to open my eyes to see this journey is coming to an end and that it isn't too late to seize a moment in time and to savor it. I want to cherish this soon to be last year in school to the fullest. I have given all that I can to our Soldiers, but now to give that same attention to my very own daughter. She has sacrificed so much during this season of my Army job, but she now deserves to have her mom back on this final leg of her educational journey. I am blessed God gave me her and that we will savor her last year of school "together". God you are amazing. Thank you for protecting me for something I could have easily lost.
