Will Your School Year Ever Finish?
How is the end of your school year coming together? Is it looking like mine? Will we ever get done?
The answer is yes! Be patient. Know this too will come together.
I remember when we were schooling during the younger years, I thought it was so important to finish every book cover to cover in order to say we were done.
Have faith fellow homeschoolers that this isn't the key factor to finishing the school year.
The Key Factors to Finishing The School Year
- Did your child learn everything you wanted them to know?
- Did your child meet the goals and objectives you had when you started the school year?
If you, as the mom and teacher are encouraged and happy with what your student learned this year then you have the complete control over determining when your school year or subject is complete.
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you:, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Is 41:10 (NIV)
Lastly, the foolproof method you can never go wrong with in determining if your school book or school year is finished, turn to God for the answer. I have always looked to God for this determination. He is the only one who knows what He wants our children to learn because He already knows what our children will be when they grow up.
Have faith dear reader, you will finish this school year. We always do! Your children will have learned everything they will need to know in the end.
